Residential Greenbelt Extension
PARKdesigned Architects have been asked by a private client to transform their existing house in the North Leeds greenbelt. Along with extensive internal alterations a new ground floor extension has been designed. The black clad extension is an open plan space that creates an uninterrupted living space which has views of the clients existing garden and fields.
The benefits of the open plan rear residential extension include:
Increased natural light: Removing walls and creating a more open space improves the amount of natural light entering the area, creating a brighter and more inviting environment.
Improved functionality: The open plan layout provides more flexibility in how the space is used, allowing for easier interaction and communication between different areas. It also makes the space more adaptable to various purposes and activities.

The application will now be submitted for Planning Approval.
