Persimmon Homes - Germany Beck

PARKdesigned recently visited the residential development at Germany Beck by Persimmon to see how our apartment buildings are progressing.

Germany Beck is a housing development located in Fulford, York. It is a significant residential project undertaken by Persimmon Homes to create a new community with a mix of houses and apartments. The development is designed to accommodate a range of housing needs and includes amenities like green spaces, parks, and community facilities. The apartment buildings we were involved in all look onto the main green space of the development.

The name "Germany Beck" comes from a local stream that runs through the area. The project aims to provide modern and comfortable living spaces while preserving the natural surroundings and maintaining a sense of community.
